I have placed a few orders with this company. We love their products. I moved and forgot to change the shipping address on my order. Totally my fault. I called and the owner re-shipped my order. He was so friendly and easy to work with, and I will continue to order their products.
I placed an online order. The incorrect product was shipped to me by mistake. When I reached out the owner personally responded immediately and then sent me the correct product plus some free gifts as an apology. I find their products absolutely delicious and the service is above and beyond anything I've ever encountered. Highly recommend!
Hand-down a must-have for your dinner line up. The sauces are rich, well-bodied and delicious. The fig balsamic glaze is an absolute must-have. I've used it on caprese salad which is a hit at dinner parties. Mario is an absolute gem of a human being and values his customers. A+ customer service. You can feel the love of Italy in every bite, literally.
