I can't actually review the service as I wasn't able to make an appointment. After leaving phone messages, I decided to communicate via Messenger. Communication was very poor. When I did finally get a response, I was told that all late appointments are usually booked up by regular clients, however she would be happy to fit me in if ever I had a day off. Considering the service I was needing required fortnightly appointments, not sure how that would work :(
