I'm newly registered with this practice. Called the GP today ( 14.10.2025 at 11.35 am) regarding my daughter's medication. The attitude of the woman who answered the phone was disgraceful! As I'm reading the reviews of the practice most complaints are related to the receptionist,although I think the people answering phones are working at the "back" My experience with the receptionist in person was amazing!
Joined this practice nearly 8 years ago. First impressions were great, and things have been that way until fairly recently. However, trying to get an appointment with a doctor is now somewhat harder than trying to get a lunch date with Lord Lucan and Shergar. You have to call at 830 in the morning. I’ve been with Marden for 5 years now and I have been impressed with the staff and the service. All the doctors I have seen have listened to me and given sound advice. They have been great with my 4 year old too!
