They are great and the very best in their business.
Great place to find teaching materials... if you are looking for something different than your neighboring classrooms, check out their renewing minds brand. I teach in a public school, and although this is a Christian company, most of the teacher decor products are appropriate for either setting! You just have to check it out! Great place! REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CHANGES IN THE STORE IN LAFAYETTES, LA. INSIDE APPEARANCE. MARDEL'S ONCE HAD A COOL LOOKING STORE ON THE INSIDE, THAT DREW ME THEIR FOR THAT REASON ALONE. THEN ONCE THEIR, I WOULD NO DOUBT, BUY LOTS OF STUFF. NOW IT JUST LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE, A GLORIFIED DOLLAR STORE. SO NO REASON TO JUST DROP BY. NO LONGER APPEALING. ;-(

My wife and I went in today to try and find a specific type of book. We weren't quite sure where to find it and weren't sure if they even carried it. We thoroughly searched for it in the most obvious section. An older man asked if we needed help and I told him what we were looking for. But I also warned him that we didn't quite know if they would have what we wanted. He lead us to the "Dating Devotionals" even though we've been married for quite some time. Mardel's has great products and a friendly, helpful staff. If they don't have what you want they'll order it. Great place!
If you want to get a good book, Bible, music, or anything gifty (or if you're one of those people who just enjoy drooling over books, etc.), then visit Mardel! They have a wonderful supply of books, music, and homschool/educational material. The people are wonderful. They also have lamination services and Bible name printing (for leather Bibles). In addition, they have an extensive section of christian art and decor. This is a great place, especially with Christmas on the way!
