Fairway dropped off cookies at our offices. They were the worst cookies ever. Everyone tries them and says "These cookies are horrible". Weeks later and the cookies are still sitting here because no one wants to eat them. Think about how bad they must be if dozens of people don't want those cookies. So what do bad cookies have to do with mortgages? I am not sure but Fairway is the one giving them out. If a company doesn't even know how to pick out edible cookies, I worry about their ability to make important choices
