Marcus was amazing and very informative. He was always available and had great communication. We will definitely refer him to friends and family! The underwriter however was very inefficient and was asking for things at the last minute. We did have to push our closing date twice due to unforseen circumstances. Marcus remained professional and kept us updated with everything. He's definitely an asset to your organization.
