I unfortunately had the displeasure of dealing with this lawyer. She was forced upon my family and I while closing with real estate. The level of incompetence to timeliness was unfathomable. I have never in my life been treated with such complete and utter disregard. The paralegal demanded documents(that day), never giving me notice, while expecting me to twist limbs as My wife and I were at work. Virginia never once answered me by phone. Used (Randy Marcus) as our attorney for selling residential real estate. Overall, the transaction got done. Communication was difficult at times. I typically had to call numerous times to find out what was going on with the closing. Response time was good once I called. I found it difficult to get them to tell me the details of the process so I could understand what it was they were going to do for the closing.
