Talking with Marcus about buying a house…oofda. Who knew there was so much to this process. He made us feel so at ease and connected. We filled out an application and provided the loan documents. The game plan he gave us, gave us a clear outline for the next 6 months. I’m so excited to buy a home this fall.
Limo driver is currently outside of Cup & Cone in White Bear Lake persuading teen girls and offering them money for a limo ride. What kind of company is this?? Mortgage brokers or something entirely different?
Marcus left us hanging. He requested paperwork, then apparently lost it, so we had to send it again. He would notify us that all our paperwork was in, then not call for days. We had to reach out to him, only to have him tell us we needed the same paperwork that we sent him. He would text me saying he would call at 3 p.m. then not call. We set up another time to call, then he missed that appointment too. Very disappointed in his lack of service. He wasted about a month of our time!
Could be happier with thier service! They truly went about and beyond to take care of us as clients. Answering the phone at anytime of day and always ready to answer questions. Thank you so much 20/10 would recommend!
