Marcus left us hanging. He requested paperwork, then apparently lost it, so we had to send it again. He would notify us that all our paperwork was in, then not call for days. We had to reach out to him, only to have him tell us we needed the same paperwork that we sent him. He would text me saying he would call at 3 p.m. then not call. We set up another time to call, then he missed that appointment too. Very disappointed in his lack of service. He wasted about a month of our time!

Could be happier with thier service! They truly went about and beyond to take care of us as clients. Answering the phone at anytime of day and always ready to answer questions. Thank you so much 20/10 would recommend!

Marcus helped us through our first home buyer experience - application to close was less than 30 days. He made the effort to keep us informed and answered every question we had, even if it was unrelated to the scope of mortgage. I will never go to anyone else!

I cannot share enough how wonderful it was to work with Marcus and his team. My husband and I have each purchased homes in the past and neither experience was as smooth and stress free as this one. Besides our initial paperwork, we were only asked for more paperwork once which was amazing because tracking that stuff down is a large part of the headache!
