Libby has done our taxes for 20 years. She is exceptional. Doran and I would not let anyone else touch our taxes. She and her staff are very professional and personable.
They screwed up my taxes twice for 2023 and Libby is very rude and hung up on me when trying to get what I need for house I’m trying to buy. Hopefully them screwing my taxes up and writing a simple letter saying it’s being amended doesn’t ruin my chances of getting this house I have worked on getting. Would not recommend. Very unprofessional and cruel.
The worst place to get your taxes done Libby is very unprofessional and rude and she will mess up your taxes do not recommend getting your taxes done here. Libby is VERY VERY rude and not willing to help!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE
Very unprofessional and rude. Messed up my taxes and was rude about it. Wouldn’t take accountability. Messed up the process of me getting a house. Do not recommend.
I have known Mrs. Marcus for years and she has done my taxes for years. She is thorough and accurate. I would not trust my tax prep with anyone else.
