I have wanted to enjoy shopping at Marcus because I love some of the brands they carry. However, my experience has not been the same as a lot of these other reviewers. In fact, I’m surprised so many people have said they have gotten so much help from the staff. Each time I have gone in (months apart) I have gotten side eyed and ignored while the Marcus workers talk amongst themselves. For those that actually did talk to me the conversation has been condescending and rude. I will not be back in.
Bobbi put such careful thought into styling the most fashionable and chic outfits for me! I'm not in Chicago but she was happy to choose the items and mail to me in Florida. I only gave her my size information, and, without even seeing my wardrobe, she styled a variety of outfits that perfectly suited me and met my closet needs. MARCUS offers so many wonderful brands, the sales team is friendly and accommodating, and I just love their store.
Stopped in yesterday and it was the cutest little department store. High end, nice staff, beautiful building!!!
Amazing selection of clothing and stuff ... great variety and price points ... Walked in, just to Browse, walked out with 2 sweaters, fabulous pieces, perfect additions to my wardrobe!
Beautiful store with very helpful staff. love the variety of lines they carry. Also don't forget to go upstairs to see the home decor and sleep ware and the Chocolate.
