I am very pleased with the care & service, especially with Dr. Nieto, he is very patient, carefully listens to my health inquiries and needs. I highly recommend Dr. Nieto.
I have been a patient for many years but the service has completely gone downhill in the last year. I am very clear with my provider in our appointments but something gets lost in their communication with the staff. Every time I've come in for labs, the wrong ones have been ordered or duplicated or completely skipped. "Dr." Marcos cares more about expanding her aesthetic business then providing attentive MEDICAL care to her long-time patients.
Staff is very efficient and creative when adjusting to unforeseen circumstances. Patient care and convenience appeared to be superior as usual.
Dr Marcos is a wonderful dr, she goes far and beyond to figure out what is wrong with before you leave she very competent and truly worries about you the patient i have been with her for over 20 years and I won't ever change, she is stuck with me lol. Her staff is always friendly and caring, her nurses I have know for a long time as well and that's also a big plus. Her chronic workers are also wonderful........
