I booked an appointment online two days ago and received an email confirming the details, stating that someone would contact me shortly. No one ever reached out. I planned my day around this appointment and showed up at the scheduled time, only to find the office locked. I called, but it went straight to voicemail—even though the voicemail says they are open until 6 PM. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. If appointments aren’t being honoured or communication isn’t maintained, it really wastes people’s time.

I went for mini facelift for fillers paid 3000.00 only lasted one month very disappointing not sure what products were used i was told would last up to 9 months sent office email got no response
