Horrible customer service and return policy. I ordered a drain pump for a washing machine, ended up not needing it, brand new in box. Called to return and was told/warned that the warehouse makes the final decision on return items and they would just throw it out if deemed used. I explained it's brand new, never used, but in such an event can I at least pay the shipping back to me...Nope, they will just throw it out. So, if someones having a bad day at the warehouse for whatever reason, in the garbage it goes and I get zero ... read more
