Pelvic Path Community Education events (I've been to two) give you some exercises that help you identify areas that need some further attention. They give you some basic that you can pursue on your own. If you feel you have a persistent or long term problem that you cannot resolve on your own, attending the class gets you an offer discounted assessments from their one on one therapy services. Marci, the owner, answered all my questions for 3 days via text, and she gave me a referral for my sister in another state. What a godsend this response has been.
