Last time I was there clerk was on the phone chatting with someone, not a care in the world for the fact that you’re waiting to pay. Same thing happened w multiple others waiting, clearly frustrated. It’s been like that several times - customer service is “indifferent”. I don’t try to support the “little guy” anymore, at least in this case.
