Marc served as a calming presence during a stressful post divorce proceeding, even though he had not been my original divorce attorney. Marc picked up where the other attorney had failed and delivered favorable results for me quickly at a very reasonable cost. He kept me informed of my responsibilities during the process, responded to my questions in a timely manner, and presented information in a way that was easy to understand. I would definitely choose Marc again for my legal matters in the future!
Mr. Stolarsky was appointed as a public defender for a case he had no interest or intent of following through with. When pressed to fight for his clients rights, he encouraged his client to just comply with thw orders of the courts and just agree to their terms. He told his client to do research themselves and gather their own evidence and then when confronted with evidence that would help prove his clients case, he chose to withdraw his legal counsel instead. After being threatened with legal action for letting you know my truth. I have chosen to allow this so called attorney to not only keep my hard earned money without providing the service I hired him for, but, now I have chosen to also allow him to bully me into not exercising my freedom of speech by letting you know my actual truth.
