Marc was great. We did an out of state purchase, where rules and laws are different than what we are accustomed. Communication was excellent and our purchase felt flawless, though I’m sure it wasn’t! You’ll be in good hands.
Marc is very responsive and he got back to me very fast. I will work with him again for sure if I have a need in future. One feedback for Guaranteed Rate is to limit number of contacts that customer should deal with. It makes it much easier for customer from communication standpoint.
This is our second experience with Marc Purvis and we are extremely impressed with his professionalism, kindness and willingness to go above and beyond for us. If there is an issue he takes care of and makes it work. He responded to all my questions and concerns immediately and always had a positive attitude and a kind word. He got us a great rate and we closed extremely fast. I recommend him to all my family and friends and we will definitely go with him again in the future.
Marc Purvis was very helpful in explaining the complexities of mortgages and options available to me and my fiancee as first time home buyers.
