Have been trying to get photos of my brother that were taken in 2016 and aren’t uploaded on the website. Have sent emails and called almost everyday and haven’t gotten a response, they also have no physical address to go to in order to try to address this.
They took a poor-quality photo to offer a retouching later for a fee. You stole a lifetime memory from us, because there were no options for me to take those pictures.
Rip off.
50 dollars for a digital photo and the price for a DIGITAL PHOTO goes up for multiple??? How does that even work when you can duplicate a digital photo. Also why is a digital photo more than a single physical photo? Talk about ripping off graduating students and families.
