As a seller who was selling to Marc's clients I have to say, Marc single handedly caused our deal to close late, fund late, record late and overall cause a major headache for both his clients and my wife and I. Unnecessary fees were caused to both parties due to the negligence of this lender. If you are in the Boise area seeking a loan originator, for the sake of yourself and the other party, please don't use Marc. 0/10 Would Not Recommend.
