WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. I bought a bag, and the lady told me she would get me a new one. She brought the wrapped bag and gave it to me in my shopping bag. I left and when I got home it was a completely different bag! PAID $200 AND GOT A DIFFERENT PRODUCT FROM THE ONE THAT I BOUGHT.
Terrible experience. I bought a bag and the lady at the checkout told me she would get a new one from the back so I wouldn't take the one on display. I trusted her and when I got home and unwrapped the bag it was a different bag than the one I had supposedly bought. Spent over $200 and they gave me the wrong product! Called them and told me to think of solutions. I am the customer, I shouldn't be the one making solutions to their problems.
