Terrible law firm . Avoid at all cost
I worked with Marc Jacob on a fairly complex seller-finance real estate deal and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Marc has deep knowledge of the process and an impressive attention to detail. He helped me navigate every step and made sure everything was structured and documented properly. Highly recommend him if you’re dealing with seller financing or a complex real estate transaction.
They aren’t taking anymore cases in the field of landlord tenant. I have a simple question, not looking to hire an attorney. Just wanted a simple question answered but they can not do so.
This firm can not give a referral and at not taking any cases at this time. Can’t even listen to my issues to see if they can point me in the right direction. Avoid calling because they’ll be no help
