Highly recommended to any first time home buyer Marc was very detailed & answered every question I had about purchasing my own place; it was very reassuring to have someone who had years working as a banker now working on my side to negotiate the best rate possible. He managed to secure me a fixed rate bellow what any of the other major banks were offering. When I had an emergency requiring myself review the terms of the mortgage on short notice Marc without any hesitation moved to help me & it made a massive difference.
Marc is very kind, patient, and understanding his clients need. He doesn't mind going above and beyond the call to help whatever you need. From basic explanations, to giving best options available for mortgage lenders with whatever situations you are in. Plus, he's a very nice guy to talk to!
