If I could give 0 stars I would. Marc is representing a property, not me - I would like to share that he has neglected to protect the property’s communications with him, as I was able to easily download his emails and see all correspondence from the property to him, etc. If you are using his services, be aware that your messages are not kept confidential.
I hired him to handle a clear title and paid him $3500 upfront, but I never got the title cleared or my money back. Terrible person, stay away.
