The staff was exceptional in their knowledge of the their products, figuring out what would look best on me, and making the time spent there entertaining and relaxing. Would not shop anywhere else. Quality and customer service are top notch. It's a great environment, especially for men that aren't into shopping or don't know exactly what they're looking for. Marc and his team guide and collaborate - they don't stop until you're thrilled with the outcome - from product & fabric selection, all the way through final tailoring and accessories. Bought my tuxedo for my wedding at Marc Allen. I worked with Colin who was absolutely fantastic. He must have taken 30 measurements and the finished product is unlike any other suit or tux I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Marc Allen to anyone
I was given a very costly leather belt less than two years ago. It literally came apart at its seams in the past year! We brought it back to be repaired. Poorly done! When pointed out to the staff the response was something like “what do you expect? It is two years old!” Ridiculous response ! The belt literally cost hundreds of dollars!
