I always had good experiences at Marblehead Bank from 1972 on. The staff is friendly and helpful.
For the second weekend in a row, they have locked my account because they have an over zealous fraud detection. They do not even send a text or call to notify you of this, instead leaving you red faced at the cash register. Also they have nobody on call to unlock a card till Monday. A complete cluster-f of a bank.
Extremely professional staff. Very receptive. Very happy with my experiences here.
Don't call after 3pm they can't be bothered, won't awnser the phone, and if they do ( loan) department she hangs up can't be bothered. Sorry ladies I didn't ask to be transfered desk to deskto loans, no one wanted to awnser so i assume it transfered to you. Thursday 3:15pm. May 5th. Thanks. I also called at 3 and 3:10. Nothing. No help.
They have gone above and beyond. I'm used to dealing with a Boston Bank. I am making an effort to transfer to Marblehead. AJ was a tremendous help in securing a loan. Also I went there for PPP for my company. They were very professional in every way. Today I had a question and actually got to speak to a loan officer (Mary). She was great! Highly recommend this bank for personal or business.
