This had initially been a good experience with this bank but one of the staff Jeanne, directly lied to the police on a 911 call I had placed at her insistance. I had gone in to use the ATM when another client rudely rushed in front of me while my card was in my hand after placing my bag on the table. I got into a pretty nasty argument with the man at the ATM so I went into the lobby to file a complaint to the BANK directly.
