Jeremiah was fantastic! He responded quickly and had great follow up! He made sure we knew all the options available to us and helped us get our case going! Update: while Jeremiah remains great the rest of my experience has been sad. I actually just cancelled service and asked for a refund. I had high hopes, but I definitely cannot recommend them based on my full experience.
Waste of money, the lady (Simone) that they gave me was rude and quick. She told me I wouldn't win my case. I won without her. I'll never use this place again
