I made $400/mo payments for over a year. In that time nothing was accomplished. Separately I had paid $350 to the mediator. In the end the total was over $8000 and I got absolutely nowhere with it. Opposing council dragged it out, not meeting a single deadline given. There was no recourse for failing to do so. Worst legal representation experience I’ve Ever dealt with. There is no structure just a bunch of customer service reps requesting emails and phone calls. If your paralegal is anything like Brianna, which was mine, you’ll never hear from them. I asked for a reassignment 45 days ago. They said it would take two weeks. Haven’t heard from anybody. I hired this law firm to handle my divorce, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. They were not transparent about their fees from the start. I initially paid $5,000 for what I thought was the full process. Absolute scam and they operate very shady. They will lie to you on the intake call about the cost of your "services" and what they include. I was told 2k and I asked multiple times are there any more costs and was told no it is 2k for the filing step and no additional fees unless you want to retain us for the next steps of your case. Once I signed I was informed theres additional filing fees of 400-600$ which was not disclosed on the intake call.
