The staff here are always helpful and kind. I love stopping in just to browse, and it's a great atmosphere with great people. They often have good deals too, and I appreciate that they offer both in-store and online options, which makes it a convenient one-stop shop instead of having to order things from elsewhere far away. I dropped out this semester so I never picked up my books so I made sure nothing would get charged. It turned out they claimed I picked up a book, which I most certainly did not and now they are charging me $180. Nick the textbook manager did nothing to help me. Couldn’t understand why I might have an angry tone because their system claimed I picked a book which I did not.
