I went into the Shrewsbury store today looking for sneakers for an upcoming Disney trip. I worked with Michael who did the assessment on my feet and provided 3 options for sneakers that would be good options for what I was looking for. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable and had extensive experience with the brands and and styles of shoes. He even owned several styles himself. This was the first time in forever that I have walked into a shoe store rather than buying online. I needed a pro to help me out since I have had multiple injuries causing issues when I walk and run and that is exactly what I got. Josh (I think his name was!) was courteous and patient and very knowledgeable. He started off with a pair of Brooks and after trying on about 6 other pairs of various brands and sizes I left with the same Brooks model we started with (dif. size/color).
