I went to Marathon Sports in Plymouth, MA today to return some shoes. Becky and Nate provided me with great service and were very patient while I made a decision on which footwear I preferred. They were knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. I highly recommend this store and the people who work there! The atmosphere is very comfortable. The employees are friendly and really want to be sure the customer is happy! Thank you Becky and Nate!
If I could give the store more than a 5 star I would. The “older woman” was so great I can see why the store was full. 5/5! Full of knowledge, and great with communication. Kathy was incredible, very helpful and so sweet
The team at the Plymouth location was fantastic. I was helped by Kathy directly, who was very knowledgeable and patient as I tried on multiple shoes. The other staff, Molly and Nate, we're extremely friendly as well. If you need new shoes, this is the spot!
If I could give the is store less then a 1 I would. The older women was so rude I can understand why there was nobody in the store. 0/5 I have been to plenty of their locations but this was the worst customer experience of my life. The employee literally followed me out of the store continuing to argue.
