I've ordered change parts and dies from Mike in the past. Never have I dealt with someone who is more of a "know it all" than Mike. It's never their fault. I do not know who is worse, him or his son. These 2 lack professionalism & even more importantly their product falls short & somehow it's always mine or my company's fault. Furthermore, my parts consistently come in at the wrong size after discussion of initial prints, he has the audacity to tell me it’s my fault. It's time to move on.
Very knowledgeable company that is willing to go above and beyond on helping customers with complex parts.
Marathon cutting die is the most difficult company to work with. Mike is rude, impatient, and careless. I recommend everyone thinking about doing business with this company to think otherwise. 0/10!
