This is the worst possible place you could send anyone!!!!! 0star they ignore the nurse call button they ignore patients cries for help they bully patients into being afraid to ask for help. They have bugs and water leaks in the rooms and do nothing. In one particilar room the 240 a/c outlet is hanging out of the wall. Other outlets feel as of they would just pull right out of the wall. It's a dangerous, filthy, and staffed with people who could't careless about the people they are supposed to be helping.

Zero stars. They do not answer the phone, ever. No communication with family regarding anything that’s going on with resident.

My Mom is at this facility when I say I can’t say anything bad about the staff , they have been Amazing. But the administrator Katrina is a poor leader and she’s very rude to everyone, she doesn’t care about the staff nor the patients or the families of the patients. I wish I knew the owners. I would love to tell my experience with her. She’s a horrible leader , the residents to her are dollar signs. The flies are horrible and it smells horrible, this place stays under staffed .
