My Mom is at this facility when I say I can’t say anything bad about the staff , they have been Amazing. But the administrator Katrina is a poor leader and she’s very rude to everyone, she doesn’t care about the staff nor the patients or the families of the patients. I wish I knew the owners. I would love to tell my experience with her. She’s a horrible leader , the residents to her are dollar signs. The flies are horrible and it smells horrible, this place stays under staffed . Most of reviews on this site is by people that work there , do not believe most reviews, this place is dirty, smells bad, and in my opinion I would NOT RECOMMEND this place for any family member you care about.
