Long Review EDITED: Took one start away. Due to their inept billing, it appears the facility billed Medicaid instead of Medicare, which has now led to billing issues. 2 months after my father passed and my mother is getting collection agencies calling her. Bear in mind she NEVER RECEIVED a bill in the first place. Repeated calls have been made to the facility and ALL have gone unanswered. Long Review The Good: The Therapy Department is phenomenal and I cannot say enough great things about them. Katie has a great team who TRULY CARE about their patients and communicate well with family members. They will do things that are not considered therapy, such as getting water, ice and other “small things.” A few of the CNA’s (Iris and Kiesha, I cannot recall the other names) deserve individual mention. Great staff who really care about the residents. They’re good at what they do and build real, personal relationships with the residents who live there. It’s nice to see how much they genuinely care.
