Long Review The Good: The Therapy Department is phenomenal and I cannot say enough great things about them. Katie has a great team who TRULY CARE about their patients and communicate well with family members. They will do things that are not considered therapy, such as getting water, ice and other “small things.” A few of the CNA’s (Iris and Kiesha, I cannot recall the other names) deserve individual mention. Great staff who really care about the residents. They’re good at what they do and build real, personal relationships with the residents who live there. It’s nice to see how much they genuinely care.

This is the worst possible place you could send anyone!!!!! 0star they ignore the nurse call button they ignore patients cries for help they bully patients into being afraid to ask for help. They have bugs and water leaks in the rooms and do nothing. In one particilar room the 240 a/c outlet is hanging out of the wall. Other outlets feel as of they would just pull right out of the wall. It's a dangerous, filthy, and staffed with people who could't careless about the people they are supposed to be helping.
