I can’t recommend this shop highly enough! I thought all my data from my MacBook was lost, as it was no longer charging and I didn’t have a backup. However, they were able to successfully recover and back up everything for me. What impressed me even more was their honesty and reasonable pricing. Highly recommended! Sabin and Mia were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout my battery replacement. They were honest about what was best for my phone and explained everything clearly. They really know what they're doing, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. They're also very easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!
Sabin is one of a kind. The customer service is exceptional. He is friendly, kind, warm and honest. I consider him a friend as well. If I ever have problems with my phone and laptop he has always helped me. I highly recommend this place.
Sabin was extremely helpful when i had a virus issue on my phone . He was kind patient and professional and took the time to explain everything clearly -. I went some where told me $120 . He only charged me $60. I'm very happy with service and would definitely recommend Sabin to anyone looking g for reliable phone repairs . Highly recommend.
I snapped the handle on my sim tray when changing my sim card when coming back from overseas. I also needed a new battery fitted because my phone was losing charge quicker than usual. The staff were very friendly and super professional. Pricing was also very competitive compared to other phone repair shops.. I'll definitely be going back when I have phone or laptop issues.
