I located my stolen phone at this store and could clearly hear it ringing from the back of the shop. When we raised this, the owner became extremely rude and dismissive, to the point that he was trying to force us to leave the premises. He strongly resisted handing over the device, and police had to intervene. Even after police requested the phone be returned, there was hesitation and unnecessary demands for documentation. Came here for the first time after getting liquid in the charging port of my laptop. Sabin and the staff there are so lovely to talk to and explained what kind of prices I may be looking at depending on the extent of damage, and the different times it may take. My issue was simple but I felt really informed about the outcomes and was pleasantly surprised with the speed in which they could work! I don't think I'll go anywhere else and will be recommending them to anyone with any hardware issues.
My son recommended this business to me when I had a fall & broke my iPhone. Went in to see Sabin yesterday, I was so impressed with his honesty. He provided genuine & practical options to fix my handset, based on his professional knowledge & experience. I was very happy with the end result & the cost. He also recommended a nice & solid phone cover which I love, giving me sort of silky feeling when I hold it. I’ll highly recommend this service to anyone.
Had my daughter’s iPhone repaired here and had a great experience. Sabin was super kind and welcoming, and explained everything clearly about the condition of the phone and the repair process. Prices were reasonable and I’m very happy with the result. Great service, highly recommend!
Sabin is incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided a clear breakdown of the costs for my iphone charging port replacement with parts and labour.
