Appalling. Avoid
My wife and I have been petting our tax done here for 20 yrs and the last 2 years have been just a debarkle. After Raphael suggested we send our tax to him by email so it would be quicker we waited over 3 months for them to get it done after constant calling to see what was happening. That is of course if you can get someone to answer the phone. Then this year we did the same after he apologised for taking so long last time.
