The online shop works well though delivery is relatively a bit slow since out of stock items do have to be preordered and there often isn't really a good way to tell if that needs to happen or not (it's about the same as international shipping so I'm fine with it). I do not recommend going in person to pick up any orders though because of the road infrastructure around this home office making that either really dangerous or inconvenient (walking there from the metro means dealing with a 50km/hr busy roundabout with no crossw... read more

Never received my refund order from the book I never got not happy that my money has been taken and not refunded.

Sold me a product they didn't have. I only found out several weeks later as I was not receiving any communication after the purchase. Emails were not answered. When they finally did they promised me a refund. 2 weeks later I finally received it but only because I requested a refund through PayPal.

UPDATE - still no map and still no communication from seller other than the (inaccurate) response to google review below. Ordered map 22 Jun. Payment taken straight away but no confirmation email. Followed up 2 weeks later when nothing had arrived, and got email saying it was on backorder. Followed up again to ask how long its likely to be and no response. Followed up again, still no response and still no map. Very poor
