I want to take a moment to recognize Gloria at the MAPS Credit Union branch for the outstanding service she provided. I came in feeling stressed about a late fee, and Gloria immediately put me at ease. She was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and she knew exactly how to handle the situation. She took the time to explain everything clearly, reviewed my account thoroughly, and was able to successfully waive my late fee which genuinely relieved a lot of stress for me. Rating should be 0 stars!! This credit union, doesnt matter if you are dealing with any of the the branches or the customer service phone line, is the absolute worst!!! Do not become a member here, you will regret it! Slow service, rude employees.
ATM is out of service 90% of the time and if you go inside, they’re under staffed every single time and it’s at least a 15 minute wait. I’ve had maps for over 20 years and this is an ongoing issue that is always happening at this location specifically.
