West Huron Care Centre has 3 independent living buildings. Maplewoods is one of them; I’m living in a different one,(Birchwoods) but as there is no online site that I can find for my building, I am putting my comments here. If I were to rate the food that we are served at lunch and supper, 7 days a week, I would rate hospital food at a better level. We are not allowed to opt out of the meal package at Birchwoods. I believe that most of the food that we eat is pre-packaged and ready to heat and serve but I don’t know for sure... read more
