I already wrote one terrible review about christmas eve where my dad almost died because the elevators were broken and I had to walk my dad up 7 flights of stairs to get tp his oxygen because he ran out and no one answer the phone not even the emergency line. Get this one. My dad passed away May 4th. And on top of planning a funeral and starting a new job and cleaning and going through my dads apartment myself. Wouldn't even give 1 star but mandatory to post a comment. Horrible customer service, Maplewood manor staff lost my mom $50 security deposit along with her application. Her information isn't protected. The nerve of them asking for the $50 again along with her application. Such a scam, they should offer to waive that fee.
It Is Difficult For Senior's & The Elderly, With Immune Deficiency Disorders, Who Would Appreciate It, If They Could Go Online & Pay Rent, So Far It Has Not Been Resolved, Do To Covid, It Would Be Very Helpful, I' Have Spoken To Some Of The Residents They Agree, Other Apartment Complexes Have It, We Should Also. Elevators constantly breaking down, was told by a resident they Had to use the Jaws Of Life, to free an elderly Resident.
