Cons: Very outdated/no updated kitchen or bathroom or floors. For the high cost that is pretty shocking. No gate to the backyards. Second bedroom is not large enough for an actual bedroom, maybe just an office. Fireplace never worked even after being fixed multiple times. Pros: Large fenced backyard. Large master bedroom. Garage parking for 1 car. Small complex. Quiet area besides the elementary school directly next door. Extra parking.
Its ok, bit crowded and lousy parking for guests and entey is tight when you pull in and out. Some units have nice tile work inside and fireplaces.
