I was very impressed with the knowledge and commitment Devin showed in treating my back issue. The muscles in my left leg and hip had become atrophied due to lack of use and needed to be exercised to strengthen. Devin assisted me with proper exercises and techniques along with literature to assist me to continue exercising at home on my own.

I was referred here by the Ottawa Hospital following a total hip replacement procedure, called “bundle care”. The site was easy to get to and there was ample parking available (for a fee). The administrative team gave us incorrect information about what bundle care covered and parking. My first visit did not create s good impression as the office was very cramped, crowded and noisy upon entering and the only chair was occupied (i was still on crutches). I was the primary contact regarding my wife's post-operative physiotherapy, which she received here as part of the Ottawa Hospital's "bundle care" program following her total hip replacement. While the location was conveniently situated with available (but paid) parking, the overall experience was heavily marred by administrative disorganization and facility shortcomings. Saw Devin re neck pain. Very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. His treatments and advice were well received and some improvement achieved in 4 sessions. The receptionist is also very pleasant and competent. Overall a very satisfying experience.
