I usually go to St Stephens but Mapleview is easier for parking and nearer to my work so I ask for Mapleview to be my choice of surgery. Dr Cox's attitude and professionalism was beyond expectation and receptionist was also very friendly. Nothing bad to say about St Stephens, just my choice to attend Mapleview.
Waste of space no respect given from any off the staff
Such a bad practice with absolutely bad receptionists that are moody, rude, not bothered and the list goes on. Instead of helping a disabled client I work with, they made her come twice, then cancel her appointment. When you confront them, they gang up and if that isn't bad enough, they remove the poor lady from their list. You've done us a big favour because she's now registered at a much better medical practice that has professional staff that know their duties and real doctors. You bunch of sad sad women.
