I strongly advise exercising caution when dealing with Maplerise Independent Living due to my disappointing experience. Despite settling my late mother's unit, they've withheld owed funds for an extended period without clear explanation or transparency. Communication has been poor, ignoring calls and emails from both myself and my solicitor. Unfortunately, we have to escalate the matter to VCAT due to the ongoing lack of resolution.

????? Il n'y a pas de liberté d'expression ici There is such a thing in Australia as FREEDOM OF SPEECH....not here though.... Units are excellent but management is dreadful. No idea how to give basic service to Residents. Sold my Unit thankfully. To be rid of Management in my life is indeed a bonus. Don't get involved. After 13Y & 5 mths of incompident, virtually NO MANAGEMENT at last sold U2. Units are lovely but owner says Yes to everything but does nothing. Free at last.
