Terrible representative skills at the front desk. I was calling in for a business call and I was met with no warm welcome, but disgust, shortness. The young sir was very unapproachable, diction and clarity were so far off, I could not hear his name. Continued to purposely not answer the phone, to the point I had to call from a different phone.
