Troy the owner is a super professional in Maple Ridge, in bikes and e bikes matters. I asked him to help me with my new ebike Vitilan which after installation had a a small issue with front brake rubbing the front wheel brake disc. He did it quickly and even swapped the brakes to put them rightly, rear brake on right handle and front brake on left handle, for a very low price. Strongly recommend him for any bike issue
First time gave me an introductory price for my new tire and helped with additional info. Very helpful and friendly. Got my bike back quickly

I was looking for brake pads for an e-bike. The gentleman in the store did not have the pads I needed in stock ,but told me of another store that may have what I needed. I was able to go to that store and get what I needed. I am very grateful for the help I received from maple ridge cycle, even though they didn’t have what I needed,they still helped me tremendously. The information they gave me was free, they didn’t benefit from offering me their help. Their kindness is appreciated. Thank you
