My dad loves it here. He tells me it feels like home. Thank you all for caring for him so well.
My mother has been living at Maple Manor now for one month and the care which she receives there is simply outstanding! In the last year she has spent time in three Quinte Healthcare locations and two retirement homes. In the five years previous, she had three respite care experiences, two at one retirement home and the third at an excellent long-term care facility. It was not a nice experience.
They treat they're staff and residents poorly and discriminate against the Mentally ill and disabled then refuse to pay the wages you worked and deserve. If you form a complaint for mistreatment, your called a liar. Working they're was the worst experience I've ever had the displeasure of working.They believe themselves to be above the law!!
