My Dad moved into Maple Lodge last July. First, i will say, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the residence. All of the staff are pleasant and friendly. I have seen the meal plans which are well balanced and proportioned according to Canada food guide. There is always the challenge of pleasing everyone. With my Dad there has been many challenges. My father was a resident for 6 years until I moved him. He received death threats from other residents. Bed bug infestation, given the wrong prescription medications. The police visit this place on a regular basis. The don't screen visitors for COVID at all. This place should be closed

A facility wherein service is at its best. They treat everyone as family. Certainly a home,away from home..
