If you're a traveler, I wouldn't prefer you work here. The residents are excellent, but the staff,especially their permanent staff do not respect traveler's. Not, all their staff, just the higher ups. They make you do your work, and their's. They will be sitting around taking breaks while watching you work, short staffed. You don't get breaks, even though it is taken out of your check. All they do is back order's and don't help you. They don't know how to speak to you with respect. Maple Lane is taking excellent care of my sister Irene. She is content and has more self esteem since she has had dementia. Irene's family is very happy how well she is being taken care of mentally, physically and over all health. Thank you!
