Don't suggest letting your family or friends come here. Most staff suck.... as I lay here for therapy reason & wow their not so great I am a quadruplegiant & came last Friday & they still have not a legit call bell that is a special kind & i no longer have a roommate so I am left to scream for help.I could get real & say more but we are going to leave it until the end of my stay.....stay tuned.
They never answer the phone, if they do, they tell me my sister doesn't want to talk to anybody. Calling her counselor, Ian is useless. He has never returned my calls. I'm in Ohio, and I don't how she's doing. I'm her contact. This facility and her counselor leaves a lot to be desired. Shame on them.
Bill Clawson states that out of the prior six facilities his sister has been in, he rates Maple Heights 5 stars. The administrator, all department heads and employees have been excellent. He will let family and friends know that he is very satisfied with the care she receives and recommends the facility.
