They put me in the worst bed I've ever been in my life. I couldn't sleep at all. I was awake for 30+ hours straight. and hurt so bad I tried to commit suicide. They then transferred me to another facility without my knowledge or consent which I'm pretty sure is illegal. Just another money hungry place that puts making money over their residents.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Unsafe and poorly organized facility with minimal staff coverage and supervisors hard to locate. Essential structure is lacking, making it difficult to provide safe patient care. The building is in poor condition, with cleanliness concerns and visible disrepair. Residents are allowed to go outside at all hours of the night to smoke without staff supervision which raises serious safety concerns. I DO NOT recommend this facility at all. My Aunt is here and I am here only living relative she has living that is in constant contact with. My Aunt has dementia and she is also mentally handicapped. The nursing home tells me one thing but does another. They are in control of her finances. They call me to go over her care plan but that plan is never done. We just had an incident with her choking and she had to be resuscitated and hospitalized. She gets choked easily and was supposed to be on soft foods, so how does one get choked on a chicken bone.
